Experience makes the difference!
"To do what you love and love what you
do" is the motto by which I live my life. My area of expertise
is working with people to ensure they have the skills needed
to identify and reach their full potential as individuals
and as members of a team.
I honed my facilitation, training, team
building, leadership and managing skills while working 30
years for a major telecommunications company. In one assignment,
I authored and implemented a model call center replicated
throughout the nation.
In addition, I spent five years co-teaching
the soft skills for the University of Washington's Project
Management certification course.
My real strength is to connect with and
challenge people at all levels in my client's organizations
through customized and interactive sessions in all areas of
human development. I believe that people produce more, enjoy
coming to work and are the impetus of a company's success
through being challenged and trained.
My husband Randy and I live on the Chehalis River in Rochester, WA, to be near our two daughters, son-in-laws and eight fantastic grand-children. |
